PROS

 

  1. Free

  2. Video is nice and clear

  3. Video is better than voice

  4. Option to view all the participants in the conversation or just one of the participants on the screen.

  5.  Option of changing the screen effect/filter.

  6.  Message the contact while in a video conference.

  7. There is a screenshot option.

CONS

 

  1. Shuts down regularly and unexpectedly.

  2. Many of the enticing options for the free version (i.e. call record, file send, record video message, upload videos to YouTube) are only offered with the PC version.

  3. The videoing stops when we do something else on the phone i.e. when we message the contact or are on another app.

  4. It seems to only allow for one speaker at a time.

  5. Difficult and LONG to connect

  6. Not very user friendly

  7. Bad connections from data AND wifi

  8. video is faster than voice

  9. Any incoming calls on ooVoo that are received, automatically pull them into a group conversation.
